I had an excellent stay at The Arches Hotel, especially impressed by the really good staff service that truly made me feel welcome. The family-friendly atmosphere was perfect for my kids, although I did encounter some cleanliness issues with our room that could be improved. Overall, the dining experience exceeded expectations with delicious food, making it a place I would recommend to others.
